Re: difficulty digesting lecithin

snugglykindness,

Your problem is unusual. It seems to me that you have more of a production of stomach enzymes and HCL problem.

You can read the digestion explained here...
http://jonbarron.org/article/your-stomach-part-2#.UtrWX_so7Gg

You can obtain lecithin from eggs, soybeans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, canola seeds and beef products.

I take fresh vegetable juice every morning with 2 teaspoons of soy Lecithin, Whey Protein and crushed Flax seed.

You may want to try taking lemon juice half hour before meals or you can make a drink from water, lemon juice, honey, cayenne pepper and Sea Salt . You can also add Apple Cider Vinegar to it.

Lastly you may need to stimulate your Vagus nerve which has a lot to do with digestion in stomach and intestines.

Curezone has many posts about Vagus nerve stimulation. I also think fasting with water only and Liver Flush will help you.

Good luck, and keep posting here about you progress.
