What makes me think the most of your dream are the words of the man that says he hes been watching you and that you are very lonely.
Probaly you are infact feeling very vulnerable and lonely. It might also mean that you are lacking sex and that´s why you think that a rape wouldn´t be that bad.

The fact that your mom and aunt are present in the dream as kids and then as adults and also as your nices might reflect an issue about your relationship with women in your family.
You mom wants to help you but you tell her in not a nice way that you don´t want and need her help. You are scared and the fact that you want to get into the house through a window it might show that you are in a situation that you feel that the only way out is very narrow.(as a window not a door which will be more confortable)
