What to do about sinus headache?

Any ideas? Any risk in using the sinus rinse products? Do Antibiotics relate to sinus infection?

A week ago I took paramomycin now due a second course. One diagnosis I got was amoebisis, fasciola serology came out negative not sure that means anything.
