Curing Epilepsy/Nerve Issue

Hi all, i have been suffering from epilepsy since the age of 15 and have never taken any medication. the epilepsy is actually quite minor as seizures only tend to occur in the mornings just aware waking up. i have watched my diet for years, and am quite into teas and finding natural ways to help my body however, now at 34, and although my seizures have dissipated by 70%, I still suffer from night sleeping problems which effect my overall well-being. just now I'm suffering from tingling movements in my head which is likely a nerve issue. I would like to jump all in and try to finally cure whatever I have, and would like to ask where to start? Is there a treatment I can follow which is likely built for neurolocial type of issues? The one thing I can confirm is that my problem likely begins in my stomach (or somewhere near that area) after 15 years of living with this problem. thank you so much and any help would be much appreciated.
