Of course modern nutrition is far from a perfect science, and who knows who these 'experts' are, but yes I agree that low-carb, paleo and raw food diets are among the worst diets for health in general, that is not to say some people can't benefit from them, certainly a raw-food diet could be very good for some people and I am willing to admit that even the paleo diet could be beneficial for some, but these are on the very extreme end of the spectrum and for the vast majority of the human population they should be eating a balanced diet based mainly around plant foods, only adding in whatever animal products are absolutely necessary.
