I had a colonoscopy- they found bulky internal hemorrhoids and inflammation in the sigmoid area of my colon. My doctor has speculated that it's possible I have a mild case of Crohn's? And I know that inflammation in the lower part of the colon/rectum can cause gas incontinence. He said he will prescribe mild anti-inflammatory meds, so we'll see how that goes (I don't have high hopes simply because I'm pretty sure I have severe dysbiosis and/or candida to go along with the possible IBD just because usually even if people have inflammation there they don't smell constantly like I do). I would recommend getting one done if you haven't yet (along with stool test, blood test, endoscopy, etc.). Best of luck! :)
