Desperate to identify this please help what is this microscopic worm in my skin

What is this microscopic worm coming out of my skin my boyfriend lorenz has it too he was getting sores everywhere but I have healed my sores with alcahol baths and taking clove pills they still bite me at night and I don't even know if its contagious please help as I just moved into my families home and there's children here I been to the derm with no help beside permithrian i had caught scabie mites from my bf who caught it at his job when a guy at his station was scatching alot I'm itching so bad that I've contiplated to commit suicide from the Depression comming from the painful stings bites and itching at night its been 3 months and no more mites are on me but this new thing was left behind
