Re: Diet? or Depression? (Pesco-vegetarian)

Im still there figuring out after many years.

I started out as 18, im no 33 years and a sous chef at a resturant. Ive learned alot of good stuff.

Basicly what was helping me was Food Science from Japan.
Its Called Macro Biotics...

Basicly what food is ying, what food is yang.

Ying-expanding energy cools the body, expanded awareness
Yang-contracting energy heats upp the body, grounding, etc
something like that

In layman terms... Eskimos eats salted fish food. It keeps them warm and healthy.

In hot tropical places they eat season based stuff.

So fruits/vegs large and watery, is ying

small fruits/vegs more yang.

+1+2+3+4+5+5+6+7+8+9+salt -1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-sugar

- is ying
+ is yang

red meat is high +

most vegs are neutral around 0 scale,,,

it means,, one is eating basicly neutral on the scale as a vegetarian. Being balanced of those opposite energy forces.

If u eat alot of ying foods, u build ying in your body. Eventually this will lead to small deseases, weakness, fatiqe, insulin problems, not even has to be the Sugar :)

Salt your vegs, even fruits, let it rest in the salt, water of the salt, this will auto-balance alot of stuff, especially tomatoes and cucumbers, never eat them without salt, salt is your friend. But only Sea Salt , quality salt. Not in pure form, let it mingle with the product and give it reaction, as i said u can water it off...

Then physical work out etc...

macrobiotics has alot of info on web, books etc...

I hope this was helpfull. I only wrote this to you, incase you find this helpfull... Not to preach my truths...

U can ask me any time more of questions regarding your condition... I can provide more info, I still have alot to learn myself... But stay out of the strong ying foods is bascily my advice and after time, it balances out, atleast more than before.
