Anybody that tells you they're cured but then says they have to watch what they eat because the yeast will come back is not cured at all.
They have simply lowered their intestinal yeast population, but if they "cheat" it comes right back with a vengeance.

Once you have lowered/eliminated your yeast, healed your intestines, and restored your immune function you can return to a normal diet. You can finally eat your sweet potatoes, pineapples, white rice, etc without worries.
