Why do doctors not believe us?

Why do physicians not believe us, when we attempt in vain, to tell them that we have a Body Odor condition? Every last doctor that I've visited has flat out DENIED, that I had a Body Odor condition; every last one of them! "I don't smell you. You seem pleasant. Do you have sinus problems? Is there something in your house that smells? Do you live close to landfill or a chemical plant of some type?" My favorite one, "Let's order a CT scan or an MRI of your brain, to rule out pathology. Also, some mental health counseling."
