Re: day 3

I will be doing a liver flush today, without the aid of LBB am sure its going to be hard.. But my gall bladdrr is acting up again, so will do the flush

.. The golden cubes (frozen turmeric juice with coconut oil, garlic and oregano oil, was my precleanse the last 3 days... So today I woke up and drank olive leaf tea with molasses...

Then my OJ, then ate a kilo of mangosteen.. Yum!

And a guava frsh from our tree...
So looking forward for my flush..

My LBB will arrive on the 9th, so frm now till 9th, will just be taking my golden cubes (turmeric and coconut oil with oregano oil as my cleansing herbs)...
