Prayer helps a lot. I always feel better or at peace somehow after i pray. Especially when I'm feeling really low and I've had some low low days.

It's so sad cuz I literally spend a lot of my days watching other people live. Going to work or school, pursuing goals, hanging out. Whatever. At least they're able to do it. It's good to believe this will all get better because therein lies hope. It would be nice however if we had some kind of voice of authority from a medical perspective to help us along. But we've got none of that. Many of us are simply the blind leading the blind.
