I know okra is supposed to be very good for diabetes in fact, my neuropathy got worst and I had forgotten all about okra when I was trying to think what my help me with my diabetes so thanks for reminding me.

I know my brother r mentioned acupuncture to me today when I develop a horrific sharp, shooting, rhythmic stabbing pain in my foot I never had this kind of pain before and almost cannot bear it as it is there all the time stab off stab off..I am not very good on money now but maybe I will call them and see what they are charging now..I was up all night with this awful pain..
