Is that recommendation from Cutler of Hal Huggins?

I don't know how important it is to remove them in a particular order but I think Huggins has an opinion on the topic.

I certainly would have plenty of antioxidants on board--Vit C E Se, however I hear that oral vitamin C can mess with pain meds if taken too close to the procedure.
