Get rid of the life suckers!

What is the best way to 'cure it' (the Candida) - I've heard so many varying ways, quite confusing. I've had terrible heat intolerance the past few yrs. Simpky can't go out in warm 78 degrees or higher with high humidity without getting very lightheaded. So I have to stay inside (NYC). i have Hashimotos but Dr hasn't given me anthing for it..
