High Cortisol in the morning

Hi guys,

Who else has had high cortisol in the morning via saliva test?

I am kind of working on a theory as to why this is common.

As my gallbladder and liver continue to work better, one thing I have noticed is that I get lots of gallbladder release sounds in the middle of the night, or in the morning.

Doing a little googling, and it turns out that our body work on moving along toxins during the night. Makes perfect sense, since that is when you are more likely to have energy available.

So I have been wondering if the high morning cortisol stems from the stress of our body trying to get ride of metals over night.

Even when I was completely exhausted several years ago (2006 to 2009), I would ALWAYS have high cortisol in the morning.

At my worst, the other 3 cortisol readings would be low, but the morning was always high.

So....anyone else experience high morning cortisol.
