loose skin, skin irritation due to adrenal fatigue?

Hi everyone,

Is someone familiar with irritated skin, loose skin when
suffering from adrenal fatigue?
I am curious if there are people who experience the same.
I am a 38 year old male, and since a week or 1,5 week, the fatique is back again, and what i had earlier, is that the skin on my penis starts to irritate and eventually comes off.
I suspect it has to do with a lacking defense or immune system.
