From what I've read, anti Candida diets have never been shown to actually do anything to actually get rid of those infections/overgrowths. It's believed by some homeopaths and other anti Candida supporters that they work (just as other people think that vaccines are bad and cause autism...), but there seems to be no scientific evidence, that it actually works. And scientific evidence is what actually counts in my mind. Changing ones diet so drastically can actually do more harm than good.
So I personally would keep my hands off of those diets, as much as I would like to try anything to get rid of this condition.
