Re: Is Lugols really safe?
It took me several months after I got it before I started, ya it can be a bit scary at first given all the potential side effects and for me I had some radical and intense side effects but it was so very worth it. I had breast issues and gynecological issues that have both been resolved since I did the protocol. It took three separate times of increasing then stopping because of the intensity of the symptoms before I finally finished.
I started with painting it on but if you do this make sure you measure it properly so you can control the dose this isn't something to mess around with and it's real medicine that works and can work very intensely for some people. The sicker you are the worse the detox will be as mine was and I'm no novice to all of this kind of thing but
Iodine definitely knocked me on my ass a few times. But again I saw some very direct improvements with some large issues.
So take it slow and make sure you have read EVERYTHING there is to read about what ancillary supplements to take, how to increase dosage and how long to follow the protocol. The reason I say this is because I did not do this and paid a pretty heavy price for it at the time, fortunately all of it was temporary.
Good journey to you.
