I feel it is very dangerous to advise anyone to add salt and to perform enemas during an extended water fast. The body is extremely sensitive to salt during/after a fast and the body will perform its own bowel movement if needed.
When one starts the process of refeeding one can get all the salt they need by adding kale or seaweed to their juice. I usually always blend in seaweed when I start to refeed. I let myself sip the cup of juice throughout the day. If there is any sodium deficiencies then the body will know what to do with the tiny bit of salt added to the juice through the seaweed. This seems to be enough to solve most deficiencies and one shouldn't add anything else salt.
Concerning the enema...The body is so smart it will know exactly when and how to use extra waste and junk in the body. Plus if one is trying to heal any kind of candida and/or remove polyps in the colon area an enema will interupt this process and/or make the body not do what it needs. Let the body autolyze what it needs (from the colon) during an extended fast. I can't think of a better way to remove polyps than through the autolysis process.
