List of symptoms as mystery ailments continue

for several months now I've been plaqued with and upset stomach and for awhile chest distress and sometimes pain.
For now my head and neck seem to be terribly tight and much of the discomfort seems to start in my head and spread to my stomach..
I had a stress stress done and no flags of any major concern were raised as an ultrasound on my carotids came back clear.
I now notice that after aprx 20 min after eating the symptoms start to get worse and as far as I know I don't have a Sugar problem.I've always had high BP
I've been taking B supp as well as Ca/Mg and Cod liver oil.

I don't seem to have the symptoms that point to gall bladder...
I know there could well be adrenal problem from high stress in the past as well as possible thyroid

could the tight cervical muscles be the main reason for this as strange sensations radiate up over the top and back of my head ??

these symptoms seem to also get worse as the day progresses
I never throw up or have loose bowels with this either
