Urinary frequency/bladder irritation/urethra discoloration

ok here it goes, apologies for the long post!

main symptoms - frequent urination / irritated bladder feeling / brown discoloration on head of urethra

when i urinate,literally 20/30 minutes later i start to get an uncomfortable/irriation feeling in my bladder which then produces the feeling to urinate in my urethra as such, this happens all day.

id just like to say previous to June 2010 i had no urinary issues whatsover)

back in june 2010 i had an unprotected sex encounter, thought nothing of it after but i had increased my water intake so i put my urinary frequency down to drinking more water, august 2010 notice brown discoloration on urethra (head) so i went to see my GP and he said' your worrying too much ' september 2010 i find out the girl i slept with just recovered from a kidney infection which made me think i need to get a full checkup at the gum clinic... at this time my urination was stinging/burning

result = chlamydia and urethritis.

i was relieved to finally find out what it was and was given Antibiotics , these immediately stopped the stinging and burning and my frequency decreased a little (at this time my diet was not healthy at all) after my Antibiotics finished i still had urinary discomfort and frequency so i went back to Gum clinic and was retested, result = no traces of urethritis and no chlamydia so i was left wondering why this is still happening.

i seen a nephrologist who said basically my kidneys were fine, i then seen a urologist who put the camera into my bladder..he said that the symptoms are just from the urethritis that i did have and it would heal on its own and all i could do was take painkillers. i refused this as if it could heal on its own why do i need painkillers.

i recently seen a naturopath who after 6 months said the root cause seems to be coming from my small intestines and it needs flushing as it could be irritating my kidneys.

i have done a few of dr schulzes Bowel Cleanses but i still have the symptoms still. my naturopath had me do a 28 day kidney cleanse which involved 2 capsules and 1 cup of kidney tea a day but felt no benefit (this one was from Specialist herbal supplies)

i really want to create a healthy lifestyle and cleanse so i can flush my kidneys and bladder. the thing is the moment i switch to eating fruits/veg/grains/beans etc my urination becomes excessive like every 10 minutes and its way too uncomfortable ( i was taking a tablespoon of superfood plus each day and using intestinal formula 1) but when i eat junk food i dont urinate as much but stil have irritation in my bladder and frequency (i know im not helping by eating junk but its like the moment i change to healthy foods my urination goes mental crazy and its way way too uncomfortable at work having to get up every 10/15 mins)

i cant figure out what this is as i dont have the infection according to test results and my naturopath didnt detect any infection either, she just said my elimination organs are weak and blocked. i feel like i havent done a thorough kidney cleanse, my last 1 was nearly 2 years ago.

it just feels like i still have infection and my body is struggling to this day 3 years later to flush it out

has anyone had an experience like this or can anyone suggest what could still be causing the symptoms?
