Looking for advice on arsenic and mercury levels

I'm new here so will keep it short for now until I know this message will work!

I have had a lifetime (I am now 32) of health problems that are only getting worse. I cannot remember feeling well and life is a big struggle right now.

After numerous consultations with various doctors, tests, tests and more tests, nothing concrete has ever come about. I sometimes have raised ANA, C-ANCA, I have st-t wave abnormalities in my ecg, often have a slightly raised ptt-la (lupus anticoagulant?) but I do not tick the boxes of any obvious conditions. My symptoms include, palpitations, nausea, headaches, shivering, lethargy, constant double vision, belching, aches, pains, anxiety, I could go on and on.

Recently I was sent to an environmental doctor in London who tested me for heavy metals. He says I come up high with Arsenic and mercury. But what I really want to know is how high are my levels. I know all labs have different ranges but I wonder if anyone has any insightful info for me. My results are:
Arsenic 19nmol/L Ref <60
Mercury 8 nmol/L Ref <50

Now I initially questioned this because at first glance it seems that I am perfectly within range but the doctor went onto explain that those references were more for acute poisoning, not chronic, and in fact, no one should have levels that high in their blood.
I have since been started on a detox program including vit c, zinc, trace elements, NAC and lipotropic detox. I have only got as far as the zinc.

This is going on a bit now (sorry!) but if anyone could give me any info on arsenic and mercury ranges I would be very grateful.
