just a bit of fyi, in the december issue of women's day they wrote an article on the benefits of ginger, mostly being centered around weight loss, but one woman mentioned it gave her great smelling breath, i also noticed it helps with inflammation too (not sure if it was noted in this article or in one of the taste for life issues at Sprouts)& can testify to that. But of course i steep fresh grated ginger instead of the powdered as suggested, but i thought it was something to consider and definitely a yummy excuse to incorporate ginger into my daily routine!
