By the time you used Fenben, did you already remove alot of crap with the Gubarev enemas?

Also, were you able to HOLD enemas for any length of time? My problem is that I cannot hold enemas (especially any special ones like Eucalyptus broth and Euc EO, milk and baking soda...etc.
Apparently if one cannot hold enemas, it means they are LOADED with creatures. I cannot hold special enemas for more than 30 seconds.
