Re: Need help

is it my bladder or prostate that is causing this?

I don't know what the cause is, but I can say that I have had similar problems lately with frequent urination. Mostly during the night, waking up 6-8 times a night to go pee.

I refuse to take drugs so I started water fasting [distilled water] for 5 days in an effort to flush the bladder of any infection. It has helped, but only for a couple of weeks at most then I have to do another fast.

The strange thing about it is while fasting and drinking water all day I have to pee often, but when I start eating again I go back to waking up all night to pee. This went on for a few times, but now I don't wake up to go pee until early morning when I should be getting up anyway.

Friends and family think I'm nuts for all the fasting I do, but on the bright side it saves on groceries. LOL.

In your case it might be that you're just dehydrated. The hard stools are usually another indication of that. Supposedly you should drink your weight divided by 2 in ounces every day in water. Distilled, or some form of filtered water to eliminate the nasties in the water supply of most areas would probably help also.

BTW Asparagus is recommended for cleaning the kidneys, and bladder according to this article from natural news. http://www.naturalnews.com/023368_asparagus_benefits_food.html
