Re: Test Results IN...Now What?
The only thing that helps are chelators. Everything else is mostly psychological. Vit C is not a chelator, it may or it may not help your body but it just isn't a chelator. That's all there is to it. And yes - you may feel better doing X, Y or nothing, even if you don't use a chelator - only that it juts postpones the problem, the heavy metals are still there. I had that problem some 15 years ago, when I didn't know about
Amalgam and mercury and thought all my problems were "natural". They DID go away over time - but then other problems, very subtle and very slowly getting worse came up, until some 3 years ago it was too much. So doing nothing (like taking Vit C) may indeed lead to improvement, which you may regret very heavily later on - or not, because most symptoms are very hard to pin on heavy metals. You don't get sick quickly with clearly identifiable symptoms, they don't work like that. Many people (like me >3 years ago) will insist they are perfectly healthy, because all the little problems are just that - little, and can easily be ascribed to "aging" or "genes" or "nature". Even after starting to chelate I would not have blamed many of my issues on mercury, only when many things that had gotten worse over the preceding decades suddenly and miraculously went away, like the ever increasing number of warts under my left foot which disappeared within 2-3 weeks after 1 year of DMPS chelation, did I make the connection.
So sure, do nothing and take vitamins. Have fun.
