pain from abdomen to vagina, through groin and lelg

I've been to doc and they do not take me seriously. kills lower back, abdomen, through vagina, and down legs. nose had been bleeding. idk what to do. docs won't even look at me. muscle twitches everywhere including head. with tingling. sinuses messed up. rotting teeth, though I take good care of them. tiny bumps in mouth that do not hurt. What can I use in my home to keep mites, bugs out of carpet. cleaned heating vents where I live and it was disgusting, but can't get downstairs to root of issue. sand, dirt, bugs in vents, using a filter. Found boys soiled underwear stuffed in register! I need help. will Wormwood and Black-Walnut be enough?
