Update from Grace2Marayger: Sadly, something began causing me bleeding again so I am off the TwinLab Allergy C. I'd like to try 'liposomal' C but can't find one that is Buffered. Since I don't know if or where my bleeding is coming from don't know if 'liposomal' would work for me.
