As many of you know, some parts of the Lyme community draw, in part, heavily from Brian Rosner's book Lyme Disease and Rife Machines. In the book, it's recommended that the reader vary-up different types of 'rife' devices, the HPMP (which utilizes DC current) being one.

After reading the book, and since I already owned a Coil device, I endeavored to buy an HPMP manufactured by Robb Allen, as recommended by Rosner's book. I quickly learned that those devices haven't been available for purchase for years (which speaks to the growing datedness of Rosner's book).

However, on 9-15-2013 on the Mag-Pulser Yahoo group, Mr. Allen published that he was back in business. I immediately contacted him and inquired about purchasing a device and he stated unequivocally that he was ready to ship (BTW, the cost of the device has increased from approximately $250 to $469). Mr. Allen only accepts money orders and cashiers checks and I dispatched those funds to him the next day on 9-16-2013.

As of today, I do NOT have a working device nor instructions for operating the non-working unit finally provided to me. Further, Mr. Allen, in writing, has admitted to sending me a non-functioning device! Upon pursuing Mr. Allen I've met only failed promises and deadlines. After months of chasing Mr. Allen for a working unit and ultimately my $, I finally provided him an ultimatum to refund my money or face legal action. Mr. Allen's response was that he would contact law enforcement if I contacted him again, seemingly, to eliminate my pursuit of recompense.

My purpose in posting this experience publicly is to alert the Lyme community, where most already have very limited resources to address this disease process. Buyer beware…
