Skin graft to get rid of Folliculitis

Hi I'm 20years old and I have suffered for 6 years with chronic folliculitis in my arm pits, I've tried everything you can imagine.. Salt water.. Antibiotics .. Bleach baths you name it I've tried it.. My doctor recently sent me to a plastic surgeon to talk about getting skin grafts in both my arm pits.. Has anyone had this done? What is the scaring like? How long is healing time? Please help I have tried looking this up online but nothing seemed to come up.. Please and thankyou Tweet
