I would be skeptical too about the organ pain constituting "die-off". I always think that the organ pain is just the large, tough worms escaping the protocol I'm throwing at them and fleeing to different hiding spots in the body. But it's just a guess, since we can't truly know whats going on in there. If only our skin was transparent.
