Chronic sinus issues. Need help. Fist time poster.
Hello Everyone,
I am a first time poster and have been dealing with Chronic sinus issues for a long time. It goes between so-so and bad when it comes to being able to breath.
Bio:
Age: 27
Weight: 145
Food: We try and eat organic and cook with coconut oil.
Drugs: None really. Just sinus rinse and Afrin for when it gets bad.
History: I went to the doctor and did the
Antibiotics and did the surgery where they scrap the inside of your nose cartilage. It helped for a little while but always came back.
Symtones:
I just don't breath well through my nose. One of my nostrils is usually blocked up. The last 2-3 weeks its been really bad with think green to orange build up in my throat/sinus area when I get up. I have to breath out of my mouth when I sleep. Sometimes if I tilt my head back the right way It opens up a bit. Also sometime when I bend down to pick something up I feel pressure in my head and the top of my teeth.
Any suggests would I could do to fix this would be great. I have been living with this for as long as I can remember, and my health provider could not really help me deal with it other then saying take drugs every day.
Thanks for taking your time to help me with this.
