starting a 14 day fast

just did a liver flush this weekend so into the orange juice fast. could I use the pre cleanse concentrate instead of the lbb? I will still use alittle of the mens wellness concentrate as well.
It is amazing how much life evolves around eating! It is alway's a callenge doing a fast in a busy life but I will do my thing then socialize later. I have the air freshen going every night and have a sputnik for around day 7, then into the sauna every 2nd night with the air freshen as well.
