I sent you an email about this as well. I placed an order and got confirmation from you that it had shipped 2 day on 11/26 but I have still not received the product. When I try to track no information comes up so it does not appear to have shipped. You always ship everything so quickly and I have never had a problem before so I think something wacky must have happened. Can you please look into this? Order #189630541
