Lithium Orotate

Hola everyone.

okay.

today is my first day without paxil. for the past week i
have been on 5mg (down from 40mg a month and a half ago) and so far
little side effects. i think i will take 5mg every odd day or when i
feel my mind is a bit dizzy over the next two weeks. but this is it.
i have finished with the drug!

but despite this i do want to share something else. i haven't felt
this good since... forever! ever since the beginning of this year
when i read a posting by a guy called Dan on another yahoo group
about his experiences with something called lithium orotate. it's
basically a safe form of lithium that is nearly impossible to
overdose on. you take 1/20 the amount you would if a doctor
prescribed you lithium carbonate. so at the moment i am taking 45mg
of lithium orotate which is roughly the equivilant of 900mg of
lithium carbonate per day.

i am in argentina at the moment and so had to order the stuff from
the states which took awhile. and in the meantime i took some of
dan's other advice and starting taking omega 3 fish oil as well as
vitamin B in the form of stress tablets. a couple of years ago i
tried coming off paxil and had major major withdrawal problems. the
only difference this time was that i was taking fish oil and vitamin
B while tapering off. and i have had very very little problems. so
perhaps it helps. i don't know what else i am doing differently

in anycase, this is what i was currently taking every day over the
last week.

with breakfast
15mg lithium orotate
1x anti stress tablet
1x fish oil omega 3

with lunch
15mg lithium orotate tablets
5mg paxil
1x fish oil omega 3

with dinner
15mg lithium orotate tablets
1x anti stress tablet
1x fish oil omega 3

all i can say so far is that it is working a treat.

this week everything will stay the same except i will replace the 5mg
of paxil during lunch with another anti stress tablet.

i will keep you all updated of how i go over the next weeks and
months.

My best wishes to all,
Pete
