do I have hpv?

I am worried I may have genital warts. I have this weird stretchy skin flap attached to the inside of my left vaingal lip, almost under the perineum it stretches pretty far out and only stings a bit. I also have a really red vagina with these things that look like blood red bumps right on the inside. I have itching and stinging but I also have a yeast infection that could be causing this. the things that alarmed me were the stretchy flap and the things that look like bumps. I have uploaded pictures for better understanding. please help!!!!!
