Do you have any preference within Lugols and SSKI =
no preference, as they may complement each other, the SSKI is more for the high dosages, like a gram.
Lugols is the one I had access to the first years. SSKI i tried last spring. You may also combine all three of them.


To post doubts is ok, to start debates is not.
