prayers, intentions, and life-energy

long story short, i have been dowsing that when saying 'prayers' like the one below, one has to be very carefull with their wording, else you can essentially be volunteering or allowing your "life-force-energy"(or some form of energy atleast)to be used towards the affairs in the invisible realms..

as i understand it, it is our free-will/intentions that the benevolent spirits 'need' from us, not our actual energy, which we all need desperately right now. as i have dowsed it, it is generally best to say something like "i give my will/desire's/intention's towards" rather then "i am doing this or that". for example instead of something like this:

"As your war club and weapons of war, I break down, undam, and blow up all walls of protection around all"

Safer like this:

As your war club and weapons of war, I GIVE MY WILL, DESIRES, AND INTENTIONS TOWARDS THE breakING down, undamING, and blowING up OF all walls of protection around all"

But... this is not always the case according to my dowsing. it seems best to take a fluid approach. for example, im getting that if one is wishing for the activation of NP's 'anti-spell' best to just say i activate, rather then specifying the intention/will thing..dont ask me why. also, in that prayer, for this part "and I break the power of all curses, etc being sent my way, family members way etc" i personally dowsed best to leave out the will-specifying and just say "i break", but to not include friends, family members and " Deliverance Ministries way since my life-energy then would or COULD be used for these means, which likely severely inhibits what we can actually do with our own lives,

i got a soul-retrieval right when this "will-specifying-life energy loosing" possibility dawned on me, and those tend to bring about a dramatic energy boost, which happened to me as well, so hard to say how much of an effect this had on me. but when my Shaman journeyed on my behalf, one of the messages she took home was "You are in an unhealthy energetic state that is the unintended result of your training/practice." and my dowsing has informed me that this was true and was largely from the 'sloppy- yet original wording of parts of this exact prayer...
and i only used this prayer as an idea template for my own modified one which had a narrower target range..(i.e. only torture practicing witches, warlocks, etc) thus less possibility for life energy draining.

fluidity is a key imo. i even dowse now every day before i say mine whether or not to "return sevenfold to senders" or not, since that would or COULD draw on my life-energy reserves. and what i generally notice is that on days when i plan to be out and about and more social, dowses as best to leave out the "returning to senders" part...
