It is possible to have a 'blockage' due to a large number of reasons. Everything from obstructive constipation to duodenal ileus can cause this problem. The description you have given would indicate that the problem is in the duodenum but the time it took between the massage and liquid diarrhoea is important. Was it fairly immediate indicating colon or after 3 to 4 hours indicating upper intestines.
