i can appreciate the concept of something like a bitcoin as well. But, and this is a big but, I think bitcoin proponents are kidding themselves if they think that the central bankers are either behind botcoin (as an experiment for a global digital fiat), and/or could suddenly pull the plug on bitcoin. In short, not something you would want to build an honest economy around. it may remove national governments from the picture, but think about it... isn't that what one world government is all about?
