Who is the better donor?

I have a brother and sister, both younger, brother is 18, sis is 14. Brother is lactose intolerant, but has 3-4 daily BM's. If something doesn't digest well it comes right out for him.
he gets sick 2-3 times a year. Last took Antibiotics a year ago.

Sister is constipated all the time, but gets sick only once per year or so. Last took Antibiotics 1 year ago.


I am easily constipated, recovered from C.Diff(without FMT, just a TON of Antibiotics ) and have had bad candida for a few months due to the 10-15 courses of antibiotics I have done over my lifetime.

Who would you pick? I was thinking my sister for awhile, but since she is often constipated I'm beginning to think that might be a bad idea. Tweet
