Is it ok to start a fast while constipated and full?

I’m going to try a 10 day fast to fix my ongoing digestion issues. I always feel fatigued, tired, and in general poor health.
I have chronic constipation which seems to be the source of the trouble. I’d like to go on a ketogenic paleo diet, but meat seems to make the constipation worse. Awful headaches, legs feel dead, etc.

important to note crohns and IBS is in the family, im 21

Last week I tried clearing myself out with laxatives for a few days before the faast, because I think being constipated while fasting would diminish the healing effects and not allow me to reset properly. Problem was, I lost too many electrolytes and had to break the fast early- my muscles were twitching within hours.

So I’m trying again, having lots of milk, broth, guacamole, etc while talking laxatives.

Would fasting on a full stomach have the same effect as on an empty stomach, IF you were legitimately constipated? (and believe, I am. I read how most people believe they are really arent, but theres no doubt I am)

It would be nice to start the fast after thanksgiving, and make the dinner my last meal, but then obviously I won’t be cleared out
