Why is Interfase Plus not available currently?

Klaire Labs' Interfase Plus is a candida eating enzyme and it contains EDTA. For the last several weeks, it's out of stock everywhere. I asked this question to Klaire labs and did not get any reply. I have used it and it's an excellent product and I'm really missing it.

Does anyone have any idea why it's out of stock? Or when it will become available again?

Also, how many mg of EDTA it contains per capsule or per 2 capsule which is the serving size? This information is not given in the ingredients list.
