Thanks a lot for the replies guys! It helps a lot even though the thought of doing the gaps diet makes me kinda want to cry.. those diets really take your life away! I have tried a lot of diets and supplements before, but honestly I don't think they will be of too much help unless i get my insomnia under control I kind of feel like I'm going around in circles.
I will definitely look into the bone broth and other things you suggested though so thanks a lot for the help
