Cool, so its possible the electric discharge takes on different shapes depending on the opposite charge it encounters along the way..

Klingon attack mode was simply a different discharge pattern. Running along with myth one could say the wider the wing span the more powerful ISON is against the electrical field it encounters..

I also see one of the images looks like a dove inside a circle, does that mean as ISON encounters stronger opposite charges it turns dovish and brighter?
