Holiday recipes
Anyone have any recipes they can share that won't add to the odor during the holidays?
Here's a recipe for gluten free stuffing

Sweet potato
Wash the sweet potato, lather it with butter on the outside, wrap individually in aluminum, and stick in the oven until soft. Cut lengthwise, place in a baking pan, and put butter, cinnamon, and
Sugar and stick in the broiler for about a minute or two until the
Sugar is a little glazed over. If you can't handle the
Sugar because it will cause odor, then just cut the sweet potato lengthwise and put a pat of butter.
Squash
3
lbs. of squash
1 tomato
salt to taste
1-2 tbs of olive oil
Dice the squash and tomatoes. Get a pot and put the oil and saute the tomato. Put the squash in the pot and set the stove top on low. Cover the pot with a lid. Gently stir occasionally until the squash is tender. Add salt to taste.
If you can handle corn without it causing odor, 1/2-1 can of drained corn gives it a variety color as well as flavor. Just gently stir in the corn once the squash is done.
