I just posted above regarding excess adrenaline.

I have the same thing. Been wondering why it happens as well.

For me, it is more pronounced on days I have exerted myself. I am pretty sure it's adrenal related - the more stress, the more jerks at night.

In addition to the B3, you might want to add Chelated Magnesium, and see how that goes.
