Hi everyone,
I have a severe case of candida that has kept me sick at home the past year and a half and am desperate to get things back on track. Some of the symptoms include anxiety, depression, foggy headiness, food sensitivities , and many more.

I'm currently on day 3 of urine therapy (and day 1 fasting with it) drinking around 2 cups a day. There has been a noticeable increase in some of my symptoms...especially hypoglycemia and headaches since starting the fasting part of it. I'm a 23 year old male and seem to have an incredibly fast metabolism and am afraid of losing too much weight too fast.

Is the hypoglycemia a result from the candida detox or from my metabolism? I've noticed I've been very tired and have slept over 12 hours the last few nights which I believe could be die off too possibly? Would an increase of my thrush be an indication of anything also?

Thanks!
Charlie
