stg4,idc,cures?help?

hello,i am new here. also to cancer. was staged four with bone mets at start last may.completed chemo,surgery,rads,now on hormones for ten yrs. dont want them tho so searching. my health has been fine thru it all. no pain now either. I feel very alone,lacking true supporters and i fear w/o somebody to guide me this cancer will ultimately win. any who have the time n or means to show me the way,i would be ever so grateful.
